🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY – DN HANDMADE

At DN Handmade, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

📌 Please note: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved or made-to-order products) are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

🔁 2. Exchange Policy

If you'd prefer a replacement, we are happy to offer:

  • A new product of the same model (in case of defect).

  • Or a different product of equal value, if the original item is out of stock.

💸 3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • We will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid issues with lost packages.
