Mr. Hoàng was exceedingly pleasant and accommodating of my strap modification requests and was in frequent communication with via email regarding my frequent inquiries about the various ideas I posed to him about the types of different strap modifications and hand dyed color combinations I could request. Mr. Hoàng and DN Handmade rock! My Light Blue Alligator Horn Leather Strap was delivered packaged in a custom DN Handmade box along with 4 additional leather watch straps I had ordered. The 5 straps arrived each individually packaged in separate plastic/cellophane-like envelopes, inside of the custom DN Handmade box. It was a very cool touch. The Light Blue Alligator Horn Leather Strap - along with the 4 other straps I received - are of exceptionally high quality, including the Ostrich Leg Leather Straps and the Chicken Feet Leather Straps I ordered. I was very impressed by DN! Soon after I placed my order, a representative of the company emailed to review some details and make some suggestions. The process was quick and efficient. When the strap arrived, I was extremely impressed by the packaging. I then took the strap out andlooked at it. The quality was excellent! Great finishes and care at an extremely reasonable price. Very nicely crafted. Good quality. The leather is a little bit thinner than ie the original strap from Panerai, but otherwise very nice. Good value for money.
