🎯 CANCELLATION POLICY – DN HANDMADE

At DN Handmade, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation terms below

🕐 1. Cancellation Timeframe

  • You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in production or processing, and cancellation may not be possible.

🧵 2. Customized or Personalized Orders

  • Orders with personalization (e.g., name engraving or made-to-order products) cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • We are committed to transparency in production time and process, and will keep you updated every step of the way.

🔁 3. How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your Order ID and the reason for cancellation to help us process your request efficiently.

❗ 4. If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

  • Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the shipping provider, we are unable to cancel it.

  • In special cases, you may refuse to receive the package and contact us for further assistance.
