At DN Handmade, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation terms below

• You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

• After 6 hours, your order may already be in production or processing, and cancellation may not be possible.

🧵 2. Customized or Personalized Orders

• Orders with personalization (e.g., name engraving or made-to-order products) cannot be canceled once confirmed.

• We are committed to transparency in production time and process, and will keep you updated every step of the way.
