At DN Handmade, every watch strap is handcrafted with care and fully customizable to match your unique preferences. From length adjustments to name engraving, thickness preferences, and spring bar options — we ensure your strap is made just for you.

Here’s a guide to the customization options we offer:

🔠 1. Name or Message Engraving

We offer personalized name or short message engraving, using either laser or heat embossing depending on the leather type.

📝 Common engraving areas: strap lining, tail end, or near the buckle.
📌 Note: Enter your engraving request in the "Order notes" section at checkout or message us on WhatsApp.

📏 2. Custom Strap Length Based on Wrist Size

We offer custom strap lengths to match your wrist perfectly.

🔹 Please provide:

• Wrist circumference (in cm or inches)

• Watch type or case size (if known)

💡 For unusual watch sizes, a photo can help us create a better fit.

🧵 3. Choose Padding or No Padding – Adjustable Thickness

✅ Padded Strap:

• With internal padding for structure and a bold look.

• Thickness: approx. 5mm at center, tapering to 2.2mm near the holes.

• Great for larger watches and statement pieces.

✅ Non-Padded Strap:

• Slim, classic and flexible.

• Thickness: approx. 3.2mm near the lug, tapering to 2.1mm at the holes.

• Perfect for minimalist styles and smaller wrists.

📌 All thicknesses are customizable upon request.

⚙️ 4. Spring Bar Options: Quick-Release or Standard

We offer two types of spring bars with your strap:

• 🔁 Quick-Release Spring Bars (default): Easy to install and remove, no tools needed.

• 🔧 Regular Spring Bars: Traditional style, requires a spring bar tool for installation.

📌 Unless otherwise requested, all straps will come with quick-release spring bars by default.

⚠️ Note for Panerai watches: If you're using a Panerai, please let us know — we will remove the quick-release feature to ensure proper fitting.

🔄 5. Optional: Curved Lug 

If your watch requires a curved lug for a better fit and aesthetic, we can customize your strap accordingly.

• The curved lug design ensures a snug and seamless connection between your strap and watch case.

• This option adds an extra $10 USD to the cost of your custom strap.
